She believes we all can improve personally and professionally at any stage of life. Learning and development is not only about the workplace, but about the way we carry the learning forward in our day-to-day life. Mônica has over 12 years of experience in the Learning and Development field, May Private Members Club assisting clients from the financial, legal and hospitality industries. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with First Class Honors in International Relations, Politics and Public Administration from The University of Hong Kong. Mónica is an accredited consultant with Team Management Systems. (TMS) of Australia, as well as DiSC Profile Personality Test. On the image side, she is a fully certified Image Consultant with the Australia Image Company (TAIC). Apart from running FELIZ Consulting, Mônica Works as an Associate for various top training companies.
