Soundari has over 10 years of business experience in Finance, Operations and Banking. The move from Lipton (FMCG major) to Consumer Banking with ANZ Grindlays Bank, leading and motivating her team in an ever-changing financial market while focusing on delivery value, wider Client Engagement and Relationship Building expertise. Living in the Middle East provided her avenues to see diversity blending in action. Hong Kong has been home for her for last 10 years. Soundari is a founder and director with Tvameva Solutions in Hong Kong. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, is a Qualified Cost and Works Accountant and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from a Premier Business School in India.

Arunanjali Maria

Corporate Trainer, Coach NLP Certified Enabler and Educator

Arunanjali has over 20 years of experience in working with professionals and homemakers, studying behavior patters across diverse cultures. Arunanjali's corporate career involved experience in the banking industry, where she managed a sales acquisition, service quality and marketing services teams. Her credo is that training is her mission to inspire people to unleash their full potential. Experience of structured line functions in Citibank clubbed with her certification as a trainer ensures she designs and delivers training workshops that are relevant and practical resulting in value for her clients. Besides corporate training she is committed to regular workshops for the start-up community, emerging business and one on one workshops.
