Monica Proctor is a Board Certified Nutrition and Health Coach who provides personalized solutions for healthy eating and lifestyles, hormone and gut imbalances, food sensitivities, Weight and stress management.

Monica's in depth knowledge of Nutrigenomics enables her formulate personalized food, fitness and supplement plans based on non-invasive salivary DNA testing.

Monica is completing the Translational Nutrigenomics Diploma with Manuka Science. She has consulted for biotechnology firms and trained MDs and medical staff on interpreting genetic data. Having trained at the prestigious Institute of Functional Medicine, she then certified as a Hormone Cure coach with Dr Sara Gottfried. Monica has mentored directly with Judith Beck from the Beck Institute and CBT Australia on Cognitive Behaviour. Therapy for weight loss, anxiety, anger and depression.

Monica has been practicing in Dr Susan Jamieson integrative Medical Practice and Lauren Bramley and Partners. She has been interviewed by Bloomberg TV, South China Morning Post and RTHK radio.
