1. Videotaping, audiotaping, photography or any type of recording is prohibited during any course activity, except with the permission of HK-YWCA and/or teacher.
2. HK-YWCA will from time to time take promotional photos, videos and/or sound recordings of participants during classes/events without limitation or reservation for use in promotional materials, website (including but not limited to social media platforms) and advertisements in both print and online without compensation. HK-YWCA will not identify a student by name without prior consent. If you do not wish to be included or have any concerns regarding our ‘photography and copyright’ policy, please contact us at clle@ywca.org.hk.
