Longevity: Living Longer, Living Healthier
What if it's not just about extending life expectancy but also a health span, the length of time that the person is healthy, not just alive?

Studies show five habits can increase life expectancy, these include: never smoking, healthy weight (Body Mass Index), moderate exercise, minimal alcohol and a healthy diet.

How can we further refine our lifestyle to turn on our longevity genes and feel, think, and move at our optimal level?

This workshop will review latest research, testing and therapies to aging well:
- Diet, supplement, fitness and mental strategies
- Comprehensive approach to hormones, detoxification and immunity
- Optimizing skin, joint and bone health
