Discussing finances with your helper can understandably be challenging. As an employer, it might be especially hard to know what to do if she encounters difficult financial situations in Hong Kong or with her family back home. Financial education is a preventative measure and a solution. During this session, we will discuss the financial challenges faced by migrant domestic workers in Hong Kong as well as tips on how to deal with difficult scenarios.
