Important Notice: New arrangement of using “LeaveHomeSafe” mobile apps at YWCA CLLE

Referring to the HK government's latest announcement, the exempted people (following three categories of persons) are required to fill in a specified form (with names, contact numbers, date, and time of the visits) as an alternative to the use of the “LeaveHomeSafe” mobile app.

(i)            people aged 65 or above and aged 15 or below (People aged 15 or below would not have to register his or her personal information using the specified form if he or she is accompanied by an adult who has complied with the LeaveHomeSafe or alternative resolution requirement.);

(ii)           people with disabilities; and

(iii)          those recognized by the Government or organizations authorized by the Government (e.g. Homeless people without a mobile phone).

Under the Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation (Cap.599F), YWCA Headquarters is one of the scheduled premises. To follow the HK Government’s latest anti-epidemic measures, starting from 9th December 2021 (Thursday), except for exempted people, all visitors of YWCA CLLE are required to use the “LeaveHomeSafe” mobile application to scan the “LeaveHomeSafe” venue QR code before they are allowed to enter the YWCA Headquarters premises. This arrangement will be effective from 9th December 2021 until further notice, please refer to HK Government for the most updated announcement.

Kindly DOWNLOAD the “LeaveHomeSafe” mobile apps, or fill up the prescribed form (see attachment) for your elderly before visiting YWCA CLLE and submit the hard copy when entering the premises. Since it might take time for queuing to enter the centre during the peak hours, students are highly recommended to spare time to arrive early for the attendance.

Your cooperation and understanding is much appreciated. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions according to the new arrangement.
